The Crane Reserve is just outside our Town at Interstate 5 here in the San Joaquin Valley. During their migration I can see and hear them above our house including Geese which at times stop by in our garden,driveway and other neighbors yards.It's quite exciting. After their arrival there will be a Crane Festival. At the reserve they have viewing building where the photographer novices and click their hearts out. There are also other birds migrating here,the American Krestel,Snowgeese and others. Phil Isenberg was our Representative who set aside this part of our Valley for the migrating birds. This Sandhill Crane Reserve is the largest in California.*************************************************************************************************************************************************************
