Yes, this is a Bruce Smith photo. Bob purchased this from Bruce in March 2005, in anticipation of the I1 Project. Bob wanted to model #4616 specifically, as it was the last steam to run on the Elmira Branch from Southport Yard to Williamsport (September 13, 1957). Sunset's model with the welded 210F82 tender fits the bill nicely.
