- What software is required to operate Webshots Mac Desktop?
Webshots Mac Desktop requires Mac OS 8.5 or greater (Notice: Not compatible with Mac OS 10.3.4 or higher), QuickTime 3.0 or greater and a web browser [Netscape 4.0 or greater, Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater, or any web browser that uses the Internet Control Panel or Internet Config (such as iCab)]. If any of these pieces of software are not present or are disabled, Webshots Mac Desktop will not function.

- I downloaded photos, and I can't find them? Where are they?
Sounds like the association between Webshots and your web browser isn't functioning correctly. Open the Special menu and click Enable Browsers. This will reconfigure support for Webshots downloads in your browser.
If you are using a web browser that we do not support, there is a work around. You can manually set the MIME type in your web browser to the following:
MIME Type: application/x-webshots
Suffixes: .wbz
Be sure to select the Webshots Desktop application as the owner of this MIME type.

- When I download images from the Webshots site, in what Album do they get stored?
If the Album Creation preference is turned on, then new albums will be created for you automatically. If this preference is turned off, then the images will be downloaded into the album that is highlighted, or into the Incoming album if nothing is currently highlighted.

- How do I upload multiple pictures at the same time to My Photos?
Unfortunately, multiple uploads are only available under Windows at this time. We would like to expand this functionality for all users in the future, regardless of platform.
