Under the Wallpaper
tab (circled below), you can customize your wallpaper settings.
Check or uncheck the options in this menu to change your
settings.

Use Webshots
Wallpaper on Desktop: This is the option to choose whether or not you wish to use Webshots on your wallpaper.

Enlarge
Picture to Best Fit Desktop: This
allows you to choose whether or not to automatically enlarge images to fit
your entire screen. If this option is not checked, the images that
are downloaded from the Community section will remain on your wallpaper
at its original size.
3.
Tile Wallpaper
That Does Not Fit Desktop Exactly: Check this box to tile an image
that does not fit on your desktop.
4.
Use Black and
White Wallpaper (Artistic): Check this box to have your Webshots
wallpaper images appear in black
and white.
5.
Automatically
Cycle Wallpaper Every: You can change when the wallpaper will cycle.
Pull down the menu to select your choice.
