  37. How are my photos printed exactly?

  38. Printing Process & Paper

Prints ordered from PhotoWorks.com are made with Kodak Perfect Touch Processing to give you richer details, more vibrant colors and fewer dark shadows. We use the latest digital printers to expose your photos on archive quality Kodak photo paper. We offer a choice of either glossy or matte finish paper when your order.

Rather than making prints by spraying drops of ink on paper (like your printer at home does), the images you send us are exposed to silver-halide paper with a light source and then developed using RA-4 chemical process, the same process used to develop prints made from 35 mm negatives.

  39. Will my prints be sharper than what I see on my computer?

  40. Yes. When we make prints of your photos, we use high-resolution files of your photos that are stored in your Webshots account. Your prints will be crisper and more vivid than what you see on your computer monitor.
