I love fungus, but this is a little creepy with the black dripping off the cap like coagulated blood. Check it out full size. Wish I could have found the elusive dead man's fingers. That fungus is really creepy. If you are curious you can see them if you do a search on WS.

Interesting how the healthy ones are on the right with the deterioration moving to the left until nothing is left but the black ink on the ground. It is the story of life, but a little creepy to see it unfold all at the same time.

Dying is scary, I guess this is shown by all the cemeteries and skeletons. I see the beauty that is there too and all the new life that is created.

What lurks in a mausoleum? The windows are like mirrors reflecting the cemetery behind the photographer. There is no reflection of the one taking the photo. Did some "Ghost" of Halloween take this photo? That's pretty creepy.

Today I was picking up the apples that had fallen to the ground and throwing them to the horses...when I found this one. I've never actually seen a worm half way out of an apple like this...and particularly don't care to experience it again. It quickly retreated back into the apple after I took this shot. Yuck!

Do I enter a photo I made creepy or spooky, or enter a photo where I think I captured a ghost? I decided on the later. Here is a photo taken of the tower at Garrett Mountain. Out of the top stone windows, you can clearly see a skull faced apparition looking out at me.

This was taken in the Old Dutch Reformed Church cemetery in Sleepy Hollow, NY. You can see at the center of the photo is a figure of a child in a nightgown - at least I think that is what it looks like. I have not doctored this photo at all - only zoomed in on what I saw. Enjoy and be creeped out a little!

This fun photo was taken at Legend Weekend last October in Sleepy Hollow NY. This "ghostly" fiddler was walking through a graveyard playing his violin. With the minimal lighting and his white filmy cape - he made a wonderful special affect, didn't he? Made it a bit creepy if you ask me - wonder how many real ghosts were walking along with him!!! LOL

I took this great creepy and spooky shot last year in the Pompton Plains Dutch Reformed church cemetery.

I had a little fun with this cool shot I took of a neighborhood cat on a walk last week. His eyes were glowing wonderful when I used the flash, and I then added the zombie effect from Picnik to complete the look.

This photo is indeed creepy. I took this at the Edison homestead in West Orange. I was trying to get a photo of the beautiful grandfather clock in the dining room. When I got home, downloaded my photos and looked at it - I was creeped out by the ghostly face that was looking at me from the painting on the wall. It is a white misty consistency and really pops out at you. Creep city....

Had to work late last halloween so came home to get ready for a party then couldn't get a cab-so had fun doing make-up and taking shots of myself.

Changed the make-up somewhat and did some editing on the computer.

Just adding a little humour! This is a photo my daughter, Michelle, sent to me by e-mail as a birthday greeting last year. She lives in Richmond Hill, Ontario. She created this by actually scanning herself making a face and then added the green tint. I thought it was great! No evidence here of how beautiful she really is!

A few months ago I was doing a photo shoot for a new Hotel in the northern part of Portugal, and while I was waiting for the sky to get darker, I asked the hotel employees to stand in one of the rooms, just for fun. They all agreed and this is the result. Hope you enjoy it too.

Not super creepy, but a good Halloween shot. I was taking pics in a graveyard in Ojai, CA for a college photography class Halloween project. This black cat started walking around the gravestones, perfect timing! This photo was taken of a large black and white print I made.
