Based in Haifa, Israel, the Bahá'í World Centre is recognizable by the gardens that dominate the area of Mount Carmel directly above the sea port. The lights of traffic at the colleseum because of time exposure. 1960 As I remember, it was very busy day and night and the traffic circle around was a real challenge to get into and more importantly to get out of.

We had a German landlady, 80 + years of age, who had never been to Heidelberg for the burning of the castle, so we took her. It was a wonderful experience. Some shots of it in this album.

I love New York almost as much as I love Sydney. I was there a year ago and took this photo from The Rockerfeller Building at sunset.

This was taken late one Saturday night in November after a performance nearby. This Art Deco dining car restaurant is located in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota and has been open 24 hours a day 365 days a year since it opened in 1937. It is on the National Register of Historic Places.

I decided to untag the inferior fireworks entries I had taken in previous years, and enter new composites using shots I just took July 3 at my local fireworks show according to Webshots' pro tips. This is a composite with an old night photo I took in 2004 of the Bromo Seltzer tower in Baltimore.

The lights bottom right were of a vehicle passing. No manipulation was done; the technique was to zoom the lens with the shutter open(IMG_1579a)
