We came to this place (in the Serengeti in Tanzania) just about half an hour after this Buffalo was hunted by 3 lioness. While the mothers were trying to get to the meat, the lion cubs were acting "silly", and playing on the corps, climbing and pushing each other, as if it was a playground, and they were littlr kids.

Lions dinner at the Serengety, can be a fun time for the cubs. The corps is a playground for them, and they climb and push like little kids, while MOM is enjoying a good dinner. This is "SILLY" behavior for the cats (not exactly "PETS").

The one on the right looks into the Buffalo's mouth and says: When I grow up, I want to be a dentist. Let those kids play kid's stuff. (Lions are CATS, not exactly pets, but...they act silly too.)

And you will get more treats.

This is Aragorn (Arie), my little Manx born last September and adopted from a rescue shelter after I saw his photo on the internet. His favorite thing is play fights with my other Manx, Gollum.

Don't search Nino's second hind leg. He lost it by accident as a baby-cat. We don't know how, but he was already mutilated when we got him at the age of 7 weeks (foundling). 7 years and 7 kilogram later, he's at terrific speed with his 3 legs and a real muscletomcat.

Our dog Roy and our son's filly were chasing each other around, Denni ended up winning with Roy hightailing it the other way.

I was sitting at the kitchen table when I saw the horses take off running and wondered what had scared them. Then I see my cat Bootsy carrying in a grouse. The bird was very much alive and would flap it's wings trying to get away. Bootsy would just stop and sit on him until he settled down then carried him on to the house. I had seen him trying to sneak up on grouse but didn't believe he could really catch one and then carry it to the house for a meal. Silly cat!

My cat Bootsy loved corn on the cob. And he was rather picky too, he didn't want the over-ripe ones anymore than I did.

Wallace is my Brother's dog and is as soft as pump water he is the most lovable dog I have ever met and the tricks he gets up to are unbelievable.

They were the first panda twins to survive in captivity. We collected names for the twins from all over the world and chose "Yaya" and Xiangxiang", which means "Lucky Asia". Since 2005, Yaya has successfully had six litters totalling ten babies, including 4 twins. Right now, she is the prime of her life, so we hope she can break the world panda's birth record set by her mother Qingqing - nine littlers totalling 13 babies.

When installing a staircase, looking into a the space in the ceiling. Turns out we have a squatter. 6 kilo's of cat and a thin plastered ceiling, hmmm..

Macy is a Keeshond, normally a very attractive ‘fluffy’ dog. When we got her as a puppy, the breeder said, ‘bring her in for a regular bath while she is little so that she can get used to it. Most Keeshonds love being groomed’. Well, not this one, she just tolerates it and sings through the whole process!

The chicks followed Dayna around from the day they hatched. When she sits down in the garden they always climbed onto her lap. This particular day the chicks were very adventurous as they climbed up to her shoulders and suprised her. She had been trying to teach the chicks to fly. They have been amazing pets.

Found this little guy hanging on my back door. Thought it would be cool to shoot a frog on my daughter's LeapFrog. The flash against the plastic purple case was an unexpected twist.

One can only imagine what he thinks while watching us all from this position- which he does frequently. He looks like an upside down gremlin at times. And, he looks like he's laughing at us all!

This is our dog, Gypsy, at play with her friend, Buck, the wild deer. Buck lives on 13 fenced acres of property owned by friends, and is completely wild...never hand-fed. He and Gypsy have made friends completely outside of any human influence, and they play together, hang out together, and Buck has even been known to allow Gypsy to tend to (lick) a wound on his side to help it heal. Friendship comes in all shapes and sized.
