One of the best gifts I've been given is to learn how to live inside of my body. If I ignore what I put in my mouth, what comes out of my mouth is dramatically impacted. My creative connection disappears, along with my Joy. Living with the effects of Crohn's disease, I stay focused upon what I can do to stay in remission. I achieve this by the formula ask for help + what I eat=what I do.
The most important part of my health are listening those words spoken by my heart, my personal Truths said with love.
I cherish the body I have been given. I cherish that I am still alive, a breast cancer survivor from 1991. I am grateful that I have learned a better way to live: better and better every day in every way!
