Itīs not sure. what this uniform mean. He was no soldier. Note on the cap wording "QUEEN CITY". This refers to the city of Denver know in those day as the "Queen City of the Plains". Bob Schott supposed, that the uniform is merely a costume or a parade or band uniform.
