This dollhouse introduced me to the wonderful world of miniatures. Anything that can be found in a real house can be miniaturized in a dollhouse. Making these miniatures is a great hobby and very relaxing.

This is a porch I built from scratch for a group project on World Wide Miniatures. We used any structure we chose and the only stipulation was that it had to be either Halloween or Fall. This porch is set in the woods and is the home of Grandpa, Grandma

I made this house for my Mother, the Christmas after my Dad passed away. There is a room for Mom, Dad, my three brothers and myself. I used a family photo to put a photo of each of us in their respective room.

This was a huge, 3 story house that my husband built for me 20 years ago. I have started turning it into a shopping mall. Some is still in the works.

Because of an injury, I have had to use large bandages for sometime now. Because of the "Miniers Code" (throw nothing away that might possibly be used), I find myself in possession of several dozen of these plastic containers. Any ideas?????

My mom built this house in the 1970s. Appliances were gold and the style was Colonial. After 2 floods and a few industrious mice, she gave it to me to refurbish.

Mom found this at going-out-of-business Bombay Company Outlet. It only has 4 rooms + attic. It came with furniture for a music room, dining room, bedroom, and children's room.

Bored with my original dollhouse, I reinvented it as a Christmas Shoppe and changed it from back opening to no opening (door is now on the side). This way, when you open the front door to my real house, you see its front door.

I found this bookshelf at a yard sale and bargained it down to $10. The size of the rooms are huge (26") and way too high (12"), the windows and doors are completely out of scale, and it weighs about 60 pounds. Still, I couldn't pass it up.

My childhood dollhouse came with 2 satellite buildings (intended to be used on each side of the original house. I joined them together to make this cabin.

I definately do NOT like putting together these houses! Sand, sand, sand! Glue, tape, glue, tape. Ugh! Still, it sure was cute when I finished it!
published by Clementine0
I made the large roombox as a Secret Santa gift for a co-worker. The frames are from Walmart 5x7s. The smaller box is made from some vintage frames I found at a yard sale. Also a gift for a co-worker. Both boxes are lit with battery Christmas lights.

My son's best friend so loved my Christmas Roomboxes, he casually suggested how "cool" it would be to have a garage or showroom. Since he's a big dirtbike fanatic, this is what I made for his upcoming 17th birthday.
published by Clementine0
My son asked me to make a box for his girlfriend. If I had a free hand, this would have been over-the-top. But, he wanted to keep it simple... just a girl's room on Valentine's Day.

This Hobby Lobby dining room set was a gift from a coworker. I loved it so much I wanted to put it in a room by itself.
