Dayhike on the Ft Braden Tract of Lake Talquin SF. We started on the West Loop. My wife and kids accompanied me until we reached the Center Loop. They hiked back to the trailhead and took her car home, and I hiked the rest of the 9 miles alone.

The Dish Mill Creek Trail, #9 in the Letchworth State Park Trail system is a one half to 1 mile hike. On one of the trail sections you may view a small waterfall in a mini gorge along the lower part of the Creeks trek to the Genesee River.

A Christmas Day hike from Tung Chung to Tai O via Sha Lo Wan and Sham Wat. The hike with stops to look at interesting things takes about 4 hours. Without stopping it can be done in 3 hours. It is very easy with no big hills.

Dec 27, 2007 hike with Larry. Windy with high in the low 40s. Roughly 6.5 miles. Beautiful waterfalls, although small, they are very picturesque. Once before we had hiked it below 30 degrees and found waterfalls frozen over but heard water running behind.
