We traveled together to Maine and across the U.S. twice, all over the Hawaiian Islands, up to Oregon from California, and then on several short trips to Palm Springs, Solvang, Vegas, Big Bear, etc. We always had a great time and got along wonderfully. Mahmoud was new to the U.S. and I was fortunate enough to spend about 3 years with him and show him all over the U.S. and teach him what this great country is all about, the music, the people, the different accents in different parts of the country, the life of a big farmer in Missouri, about rodeos, about Maine lobster fishing, and how to speak English. It was a great time in my life and hopefully in his. We are still best friends and always will be.

I took this on the last leg of our 28 day trip from Maine to California via Cape Cod, Niagra Falls, Michigan, Missouri on my families huge farm, then through Veil, Co. and Lake Tahoe and Reno and then San Francisco to L.A., all in my 1988 Toyota Dolphin, RV. Then we flew to Hawaii to tour all the Islands.
