An excursion with a dog team is a special and wonderful experience. Two persons get their own dog team and have the responsibility of taking on and off the harness and place the dogs in front of the sled (accurate instruction is a matter of course). We drive off into the wonderful landscape. Halfway through the trip the two persons change places, so that the one sitting in the sledge from the start now gets to steer the dog sled.

Nordseter and Sjusjøen were originally mountain farm communities, which - with their easily accessible forest and mountain terrain - have developed into one of Northern Europe’s best skiing destinations. The mountains are 850 metres above sea level and only 15-20 km from the centre of Lillehammer.
