This is the "bohemian section" of Lima. It is about a 45 minute walk from Miraflores. Lots of cute restaurants. I enjoyed the atmosphere in this neighborhood and walking around.

We visited this cemetery out of curiosity. Our guide told us that when people visit the graves, they often bring beer and music for a little drinking and dancing. I think it is there way to celebrate that their loved ones have passed into a better life.

The Catherdral of the painting El Senore de los Milagros. There is a huge celebration in Lima every October to celebrate the miracle of this painting not being destroyed during an earthquake.
