The tourist resort of Busselton in Western Australia, with the longest wooden pier (jetty) in the Southern Hemisphere. It's over 1.1mile (1800 metres) long, with a visit to the Historical Museum and a brief trip to Bunbury on the way back to Perth.

This is for those who love the sea. All photos were taken on the morning of 2 September 07 when we took a pre breakfast stroll along Capricorn Beach which is less than five minutes drive from our home. Full screen viewing will make a huge difference.

Almost all of these photos are new and they stem from a holiday in October 2007 when we covered the stretch of coast from Bremer Bay to beyond Esperance in the far south of our state. All of these photos will benefit immensely from being viewed full size.
