Last month my daughter invited me to take a look at a tree she never had seen. It stands in the middle of a small yard. Around the tree: stairs climbing 3 floors up. Not far away we found the same tree with orange to yellow flowers.

Citrus was an important part of Israel's Export. Today they make room for flowers and other products that need less water. Still citrus honey is available and is gathered right now! Citrus blossom fills the air with a wonderful smell and humming bees!

In the North the Almond bloom seems to be richer, but nothing is to compare to the Almond bloom beside and in the historic settlement Rosh Pinna.
