Abr forest is in Semnan province, near Shahrood city. Because this part of Alborz mountains is smaller in height than other parts,you can see continuous travel of clouds travel from north to south. The forest is part of Hirkani forests which are very old!

In December 2006, Finland had almost no snow. It was the warmest December on record. These photos were taken at latitudes of 63 degrees north (in Vaasa) and 65 degrees north (in Oulu). (The Arctic Circle is 66 degrees and 33 minutes.)
