I've just discovered these little guys and find them fascinating. I don't have a very fast camera so the wings will usually be blurred, as they move extremely rapidly like those of an actual hummingbird.

The North American Bald Eagle gather along Eagle Run in Squamish to feed on the salmon. Their population is at its peak in January. Cathing them in flight is truly challenging.

This ant is an Australian Bulldog Ant. They have a nasty sting and if your allergic, one sting is lethal. Also if you are not allergic then 30 stings will kill an adult. My pet one lived 2 weeks. My blog is roolike.blogspot.com
