Way back in March, we went to visit friends in St. Louis, MO. They took us to their amazingly beautiful zoo. Spring was just budding and the weather was cool with sprinkles of rain. The animals seemed to enjoy the weather.

I dedicate this album to my Mother, who passed away when I was 26 years old. If your Mother is still alive, hold her dear and love her to pieces.

The Iris is one of my favorite flowers; so colorful, very delicate and a sure sign that Spring has sprung. Words really can't describe its beauty, but artists can use their palettes of color to paint them. Photos were taken at the Missouri Botanical Gar

When Bob and I stroll through the Missouri Botanical Garden, we are always in awe at each scene God has painted for us to photograph. And an old church hymn keeps running through my head. "And He walks with me, and He talks with me . . . ."

picture: Irises In Memory of My Mother
published by: sharonmyphotos
I dedicate this album in memory of my Mother. It's been many years now since she passed away, but I still miss her every day. Irises and spring remind me so much of her and shades of purple were her favorite color, so I think the Sky and Sun Iris would have been a perfect flower for her Mother's Day bouquet! And she always kept smiling through all circumstances, so the "Keep Smiling" Iris is another perfect pick for her bouquet!
