This State Park is only minutes from downtown Atlanta GA. But once inside the park, you would never know a metropolitan area is anywhere close. Sweetwater Creek SP is home to the ruins of the Manchester Mill.

Today the park houses the remnants of the New Manchester Manufacturing Company, which was destroyed by George Stoneman's cavalry on July 9, 1864. Although there was no fighting at Sweetwater a brief skirmish occurred at Alexander's Mill, also in the park.

These colorful photos were taken with a Casio Digital Z55 Camera. Color was then added with Picasa software since the sky was a little gray that day. Annapolis is such a wonderful city to visit, live, work and just enjoy sitting by the water.

Lake Las Vegas in Henderson, Nevada is quite a beautiful place. I took these pictures with an inexpensive digital camera. I was able to rejuvenate these pictures with editing with Picasa (www.picasa.com). They turned into quite colorful works of art.

A beautiful water fall near Manyda, Karnataka. This falls is welknown as Shimsa or Shivana Samudra. It has two parts 1. Gagana Chukki and 2. Bara chukki. This place is close to Talakaadu and somnath temple. Very nice place to be during June till November.
