What is Aviation Nation?
Aviation Nation, the Nellis Air Force Base - Las Vegas Air Show, is a two-day event at Nellis Air Force Base and one of the most diverse air shows in America. It is also one of the largest public events in Nevada.
This year, Aviation Nation salutes Air & Space power by hosting the capstone event of the U.S. Air Forces 60th Anniversary Heritage to Horizons celebration. Several military air demonstration teams, warbirds, and some of the nations top civilian air performers will participate.
Aviation Nation will also celebrate the history of American aviation and salute the recent accomplishments of Americas military in operations around the globe through numerous additional military and civilian air demonstrations and ground displays. More than 100 military and civilian aircraft are expected to be on display.
