Artist Sergio Redegalli built this sculpture to celebrate Australia's Bicentennary in 1988. To complement the nearby modern Bicentennial conservatory this was also made from glass. This sculptural waterfountain is made up of 500 pieces of 6mm thick glass in the shape of a cascading wave. It was built to be observed from all angles.

This modern looking glass conservatory was built to celebrate Australia's Bicentenary in 1988. It is the largest single span conservatory in the Southern Hemisphere. It was designed by South Australian architect Guy Maron. It houses a display of lowland tropical forests from a variety of places.
