(1) First a brief stop in Brno, the 2nd largest city in the Czech Republic, before dinner at a winery in Mikulov. (2) A day trip to Karlovy Vary, a hot springs spa town, and another day trip to Terezin, former concentration camp site.

Next we drove to Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad). Here at the confluence of the Tepla and Ohre rivers are the numerous hot springs that made the town a world-famous spa.
