Glasgow cartoonist Bud Neill created the characters of: Lobey Dosser - Sheriff of Calton Creek - seen here in the statue astride his faithful 2-legged steed, Elfie, with Rank Bajin (pronounced Glesca-style 'Bad Yin') bringing up the rear.
