From december 21st to 28th, I went around the harbours of Cannes, Golfe Juan, Antibes, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Cap d'Ail and Monaco to see which yachts where still around during winter. I was suprised by the many different yachts staying over.

My first stop was, of course, the IYCA in Antibes. Apparently, some other yachts have chosen the IYCA as their berth for winter. One of them is this very big boat : Shahnaz. She was originally launched as El Bravo by Nuovi Cantieri Liguri in 1991 to a design by Studio de Jorio. On her starboard side, you can just glimpse the De Vries Feadship Calixe.
