These photos include the fantastic Knowle Locks. Even on one of the hottest Saturdays of the summer, this place was so peaceful. There are some canal side pubs along this stretch, which add to make it a nice stroll.

At Kingswood, the Grand Union Canal runs parallel to the Stratford Upon Avon Canal. A cut was created called the Lapworth Link to join the two waterways. Again, Kingswood is a superb place to visit and take a stroll.

This set of photos complete the entire length of the Tame Valley Canals Some areas along here were very rough, the towpath no more than a dirt bike track. I wouldn't recommend it for a stroll! But at the same time, it was interesting to look at.

Now it's getting a bit more challenging to drive. Needles Highway is Route 87. It's a regular road that people travel everyday. There are no lights so just imagine this at night. I don't think so!

Yes, we did drive through here. Again, remember this is a regular highway. We had rented a compact car and our side mirrors just about hit the side of the tunnel. Honking was a must before you entered the tunnel.
