Dawt Mill is located two miles northeast of Tecumseh, about a mile off Route PP in Ozark County, Missouri. The first mill was built on the site in 1892, but later burned. The present mill was built in 1909 by Alva Hodgson.

This castle was owned by a rich entrepeneur. He died prematurely and the house was finished with shake shingles instead of slate. A spark hit the roof and the house burnt to the ground.
