Strongly inspired from Paris Town Hall and wonderful site with a raising moon;This Baroque style monument built on 20th beginning is a jewel of the colonial period when it was the own Hall; It rooms now in fact the People Comitee of the red revolution; I dedicate this album to all the persons of this huge Country who gave us the best welcome, a permanent help, with a soul of child, never mercantile or arrogant, just proud of their awesome Country that many others in the region could envy!
