Do you offer a free account?
Smile is a subscription-only service. However, until our official launch, everyone may use the service for free.
Will you offer a free trial so we can decide if we want to subscribe?
We plan to offer a 30-day free trial to Smile in addition to the free service we are offering everyone now.
What if I just want to download professional photos?
People who just want to view and download others’ photos (and not store their own) will have to subscribe as well.
Do I have to pay for the mobile and desktop apps too?
No. Our mobile and desktop apps are free. The service you will eventually pay for is either to view and download photos or to store them in the cloud.
Do Webshots members have to pay again?
If you are an existing Webshots Gold or Platinum member, your subscription transfers to Smile – and you do not have to pay until your subscription is up for renewal.
What credit cards do you take?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
