We've redesigned our site!! Daily photos are now called Pro shots The four new Daily photos plus one previous featured Daily photo are now located in the middle of the Home page. They are now referred to as "Pro shots." Click on the "more" button next to pro shots to view the Daily photo archives.
You can also find the fun stuff such as the puzzle, horoscopes, daily thought and this day in history on the same page in the footer under "Popular".

- How do I download images to the Webshots software?
If you are in the Pro shots section, click the High Quality or Regular button to the right of the photo. The photo will automatically install to your Webshots Desktop software.
If you are unable to download photos, be sure to download the Webshots Desktop software.

- How do I download an entire page of photos?
Only Webshots Premium members may download entire pages of photos. You can only download entire pages of photos from the Webshots Pro shots section. Images located in the Webshots Daily or Community must be downloaded one at a time.
- Go to the Pro shots section.
- Choose a page of photos you would like to download.
- Next to the Download this page of photos link, click on Regular or High Quality.
- The page of photos will automatically install to your Webshots Desktop software.

- I tried to connect to Webshots but I keep getting "timed out."
The Internet can become very crowded at times. Try again in a few hours. Most likely it is a temporary problem that will clear up.

- How do I make Webshots my homepage?
To make Webshots your homepage, just do one of the following depending on your browser type.
For Internet Explorer:
- Click Tools > Internet Options.
- Under the General tab, type http://www.webshots.com/ under the Address field and click OK.
For Netscape Navigator:
- Click Edit > Preferences.
- Under the Navigator category, type http://www.webshots.com/ under the Location field and click OK.

Go to the Pro shots Photo Archives. Here you can download any pictures you may have missed in the past.

- Can I use the photos on my own web page or print them out?
Sorry, but you won’t be able to extract or print the Webshots images.
They are all specially encoded to protect the copyright privileges of our professional photographers. Webshots images can only be used within the Webshots Desktop software.
Webshots has purchased the rights to use these images within the Webshots program. We are not authorized to allow them to be used elsewhere. If you would like to use any of the images, you will need to contact the photographer or company. There is a link or name under most of the images on our website.

- I'm looking for a picture that used to be on Webshots but now I can't find it.
If you are looking for a particular image, please visit the Webshots Photo Search page.
Type in keywords for the image that you are searching for. It should give you some returns to where you can download your favorite photos.
If you can't find the image through the Webshots search and the image was located in the Webshots Pro shots section, the image may have been removed and is no longer available. We license each Pro shots photo for a limited period of time and if we are unable to relicense the image, we must remove it from Webshots.
If the image was located in the Webshots Community section, then the Webshots user who uploaded the image may have deleted the image from their album and the image is no longer available.

- Why can't I post a comment on the Message Boards?
Unfortunately, in response to abuse, the Message Boards only allow Premium Members to post comments. However, all members still have the ability to read comments.

- The Daily Photo is still the same as yesterday. Don't you put up new ones?
We update the Daily Photos everyday to bring you four new images. If you are still seeing the same photos as you did yesterday, click on the Reload or Refresh button in your browser to view the updated pictures.
