Since any photo on Webshots can be sent as a Photo eCard, we no longer need an eCard section on Webshots. Simply find a photo you like and click on the Send Photo eCard link (for Pro Shots photos) or the Share photo link (for Community photos).

- Why can’t I hear sound on my Photo eCard?
Here are some reasons why you may not be able to hear the sounds on our website:
- The sound loads last and it may take a minute to load.
- The sounds are fairly quiet.
- Your computer may not be set up to play MIDI sound files.
- You may need to upgrade your browser.
Webshots uses MIDI sounds. Please make sure that your computer is set up to support MIDI files.

Visit My eCards to view Photo eCard you have sent or are scheduled to be sent. Click the link under View eCards to view the Photo eCard (including text).

- How do I send photos I have uploaded as a Photo eCards?
To send a photo you have uploaded as a Photo eCard:
- Go to My shots.
- Go to the Album where your photo is located.
- Select the photo you would like to send.
- Click the Share this photo button.
- Personalize your Photo eCard and click Send!

- How long are Photo eCards available to be picked up?
Once a Photo eCard is sent, the recipient has 30 days to pick it up. After 30 days, the Photo eCard will be removed from our servers and will no longer be available.

- Will I be notified when my Photo eCard is received?
You will receive confirmation when your Photo eCard has been picked up. If you have a Webshots account, you can check the status of your Photo eCards by visiting My eCards.

- I sent a Photo eCard but my friend never received it. Why?
There are a couple reasons Photo eCard are not received. The most common is an invalid email address. Check My eCards to verify the recipient’s email address is correct.
In some email applications, the Photo eCard notifications are placed in the “Junk” or “Bulk” folders where they may be deleted by the recipient or an automated function.

- Is there a way to unsend a Photo eCard that has been sent?
You can delete or edit Photo eCard scheduled to be sent on a future date.- Go to My eCards.
- Locate the Photo eCard you would like to edit or delete.
- Click the Edit link to make changes to your Photo eCard.
- Click the Delete link to unsend your Photo eCard.
Once a Photo eCard has been sent, there is no way to delete it, even if it hasn't been picked up.

- Can I send the same Photo eCard to multiple email addresses?
To send the same Photo eCard to multiple recipients, separate the email addresses with a semicolon (;) and a new line.

- How do I delete a Photo eCard from My eCards?
Photo eCard are automatically deleted after 30 days.
To prevent others from viewing Photo eCard you have sent, Logout of your Webshots account (click the Logout link towards the top of any page) before sending a photo message.
