  1. How do I download a Professional Photo?

    2. Please sign in to your Webshots membership at www.webshots.com Click on Professional Photos at the top of our website. At the top of the page, you will find the five daily photos. Below this display, you will find links to other popular Professional Photos pages: Previous Daily Photos, New Photos and our Featured Professional Photo Collections.

    To download a photo, place the mouse over the Download button and select hi-res (high resolution: 1600 x 1200, 4:3), widescreen (1920 x 1080, 16:9), or regular (800 x 600, 4:3). The photo will download to our Desktop Application automatically.

    If you don't have our Desktop Application, please go to here to download and install our software.

    3. To find all new professional photos on Webshots, click on the New Photos link in the left navigation on the professional photos homepage. You can also click this link to go to the New Photos page: new photos

    4. Please sign in to your Webshots membership at www.webshots.com and put the mouse over Professional Photos at the top of our website. A large menu will appear. Please select 'previous daily photos.' Click here for our previous daily photos.

  4. Why am I unable to see any professional photos?

    5. Many of the professional photos are displayed with Flash, so you'll need to install it to view these photos. If you see the Flash icon where the photo should be, click on it to install Flash for free, or go to Adobe's site to download: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

    Flash is a safe and free program that is used all across the internet.
